Stop Harper or PM Will Text Next Time: "GG - Prrg Plmt"
I think this comment from "Lord Kitchener's Own", repeated below, sums up problem best:

Can you imagine any British Prime Minister phoning the Queen to tell her to prorogue Parliament! Or any Prime Minister summoning the Queen to his office to take part in a photo-op)! Yet that's what Stephen Harper did to the Queen's representative in Canada. How crass can he get?
